Target: 10 Team Leader positions for blended process (voice + non-voice) Requirements: Excellent communication mandatory (5.5+ CAT threshold) Team handling experience preferred but not mandatory on paper Assistant team leaders, SME workers supporting TLs acceptable Deputy team leaders, team managers eligible Minimum 2+ years overall experience, 4+ years preferred Budget capped at 6-7 lakhs maximum Assessment process: Operations round followed by 2 mandatory assessments Voice and non-voice capabilities tested Must pass assessments to receive offer Maya Rao ROLE: Team Leader Operations DESIGNATION: Team Leader Operations LOCATION: Gurgaon YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 4 Yrs   1. Responsible for managing the operations seamlessly and timely SLA delivery along with maintaining high levels of employee and customer satisfaction 2. Responsible for following agreed execution governance model, escalation & communication plans 3. Ensure team members achieve agreed work standards 4. Manage overall personnel performance and discipline. Provide direction to staff, ensure resolution of problems. 5. Evaluation of operational practices and procedures 6. Provide expertise and leadership in assigned functional area 7. Establish and maintain a working environment conducive to positive morale, individual style, quality, creativity, and teamwork 8. Identify and drive continuous improvement and initiatives in the process 9. Coach & mentor team members enabling them to effectively lead their teams 10. To ensure that all internal customer queries are followed up on a timely basis 11. Collaborate with internal teams, inter departments, cross functions across locations 12. Manage a team of at least 18-20+ executives 13.
